HCA Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Step Down unit at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Tennessee. You will deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with the care team, and advocate for patients and families while following established nursing models.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, medication administration, thorough documentation, patient education, and timely communication of changes in status to the team.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of start date required.
• BLS within 30 days of start date required.
• RN licensure required (Registered Nurse).
• Associate/Bachelor or RN Diploma required.
• No travel required for this role.
• Acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, document care in medical records.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
