Job summary

UF Health is seeking a cardiac sonographer to perform routine and specialized echocardiographic studies, including stress lab procedures, under the direction of the cardio diagnostics supervisor. The role requires clear English communication and a credentialable background in cardiac sonography.

Education required includes post-high school special training; RDCS/RCS within 12 months of hire and active BLS are expected. One year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Qualifications

• Education: - Post High School Special Training
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Graduate of an Accredited Cardiac Sonographer Program - Registry eligible at the time of hire
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: RDCS or RCS Credentialing must be obtained within 12 months of hire date
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Active BLS
