Onsite Medical Imaging and Laboratory Services in Norwood, MA is seeking a Mobile Cardiac Sonographer/Echocardiographer to join our team. You will perform transthoracic echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging in a patient-centric mobile setting, supporting physicians with accurate assessments.

The ideal candidate holds RDCS certification, is proficient in 2D, M-Mode, Doppler and color flow imaging, and has experience interpreting adult echocardiograms.

About the Role

Onsite Medical Imaging and Laboratory Services is looking for a skilled MOBILE Cardiac Sonographer/Echocardiographer to join our growing team in Norwood, MA. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and other cardiac ultrasound studies
• Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment to ensure optimal imaging performance
• Analyze and document cardiac structures, function, and hemodynamic data accurately
• Collaborate with cardiologists and physicians to review findings and support diagnostic decisions
• Prepare and present preliminary echo reports for physician interpretation
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all procedures
• Adhere to departmental protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) certification through ARDMS or CCI required
• Proficiency in 2D, M-Mode, Doppler, and color flow imaging techniques
• Experience performing and interpreting adult echocardiography studies
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting and independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Current MA driver's license
