Job summary

Ambe Healthcare Staffing seeks an experienced Pediatric Echo Technologist to perform high-quality pediatric echocardiograms across multiple locations. The role requires strong pediatric cardiac imaging experience and the ability to float between Lake and Cook County facilities.

Responsibilities include obtaining diagnostic images, monitoring patient safety, and collaborating with physicians. ARDMS or CCI certification is required, with RDCS preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recent Echo Tech experience.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Active ARDMS or CCI certification; RDCS.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric cardiac anatomy and imaging.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Seeking an experienced Pediatric Echo Technologist to perform high-quality pediatric echocardiograms in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong pediatric cardiac imaging experience and the ability to work across multiple locations within Lake and Cook County.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric echocardiograms and related cardiac ultrasound procedures
• Obtain accurate diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Monitor patient condition and ensure patient safety during procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding patient care
• Float between multiple facilities as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation coverage

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of recent Echo Tech experience required
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Active relevant certifications/licenses required: ARDMS or CCI. RDCS -Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric cardiac anatomy and imaging
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
