Job summary

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated medical-surgical team. You will apply the nursing process to assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care on a three-shift schedule.

This full-time role requires a FL RN license, BLS, ACLS, and strong English communication. Sign-on bonus eligible; experience in critical care or emergency care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Florida Registered Nurse License.
• BLS
• ACLS
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Leadership skills
• Maintains/exceeds all specialty educational requirements

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Director, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop nursing diagnoses, formulate individualized care plans, implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
