Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, health promotion or related area with emphasis in exercise science, physical education, or kinesiology.
• At least 1 year Exercise Specialist experience in healthcare setting.
• Personal Training Certification (NASM or other)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement exercise programs for Wellness Center clients.
• Supervise exercise therapy in wellness center programs (including Cardiac rehab/Post rehab).
• Manage a client load of roughly 30–32 hours weekly across personal training and post-rehabilitation sessions.
