Responsibilities

• Assesses modifiable risk factors and supports lifestyle changes.
• Participates in educational efforts and individual instruction.
• Develops and adjusts individual exercise prescriptions.
• Supervises exercise sessions and monitors responses to exercise.
• Assesses pre-, during-, and post-exercise status and refers when needed.
• Reports any new or significant signs or symptoms immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.
