Tenet Healthcare seeks a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to lead cardiac rehab programs at the San Ramon facility. The role involves prescribing exercise, monitoring patient tolerance, and educating on risk factor modification in both class and individual sessions.

The position requires a B.S. or higher in Exercise Physiology, with a Master’s preferred, and current BLS/ACLS credentials. Per diem schedule, dayshift, and a salary commensurate with experience are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: B.S. in Exercise Physiology or related field.
• Masters degree in Exercise Physiology or related field preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prescribes and leads individual exercise programs for cardiac rehab.
• Monitors tolerance and progression of patients during exercise sessions.
• Educates patients on risk factor modification and program goals; acts as clinician/teacher/researcher.
