Job summary

Qualifications

• Current California RN license (Nursing License RN/LVN or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; 1 year of program management preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers (maintain current).
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred (Nursing degree or equivalent).
• Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Experience in data collection, entry, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads ongoing maintenance of Chest Pain Accreditation Program and CATH-PCI/Chest Pain-MI NCDR registries.
• Ensures REMSA STEMI Program compliance.
• Reviews data and develops process improvement strategies with DCQI.
• Informs administrators and leaders about regulatory changes or data trends.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and support for process innovation.
• Maintains professional communication with Medical Director and Chief Nursing Officer.
• Leads disease-specific care meetings and takes minutes, evaluates data, and coordinates tools.
