Job summary

Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a Cardiac/ Pulmonary Rehab Assistant for Cass City & Marlette, MI. The role supports the Respiratory Care/Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department with logistics, equipment prep, and patient care under supervision. Monday–Friday, full-time hours with full benefits for qualified candidates.

Ideal applicants hold CNA licensure, BLS certification, and have strong communication skills; hospital experience is preferred to contribute to patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or the equivalent.
• Hold current up-to-date CNA Licensure.
• Current BLS certification required at date of hire by the American Heart Association.
• Previous hospital/medical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for the operations of the Respiratory Care/Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department.
• Perform basic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under supervision by a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
