Baptist Health Downtown in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Surgical Progressive Care Team. This is a full-time day shift opportunity.

Responsibilities include providing care to patients with medical or surgical conditions, educating patients and families, coordinating with physicians and other hospital departments, and serving as a patient advocate in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical nursing experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse required.
• Associate of Science, Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with medical, surgical, or other conditions.
• Educate patients and families on disease process and care plan.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital departments.
• Advocate for patients and participate in unit activities.
