Providence Swedish is seeking an RN for Cardiac Progressive Care at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour work week, focusing on patient-centered, high-quality cardiac care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, identifies nursing diagnoses, plans, implements and evaluates patients’ care.
• Develops, updates and coordinates the patient’s plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition.
• Advocates for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning.
• Fosters a learning environment for patient/families and team members.
• Leads and coordinates teams, delegates and collaborates to integrate nursing knowledge.
