Novant Health in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 6-bed Cardiovascular Recovery Unit (CVRU) focused on post-cardiac surgery patients. This high-acuity unit fosters collaboration among RNs and the care team to deliver specialized postoperative care.

You will lead nursing care, coordinate with physicians, and develop individualized plans based on evidence and patient needs. RN license in-state required; Bachelor's degree preferred; one year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN licensure required.
• Active RN license in the appropriate state.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership within the care team and coordinate nursing care for CVRU patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to ensure safe, high-quality postoperative care.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and advocacy in a cardiovascular recovery setting.
