Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with computers and basic web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic supportive care to patients including ADL-related treatments.
• Develops and maintains competencies as delegated by a registered nurse.
• Collaborates with nursing staff to determine patient care plans.
• Reports all patient activity to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner.
