You will provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting, support with LVAD, post-implant care, and invasive monitoring, while maintaining safety and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• RN license required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes patient and family centered care. Educates patients and families on managing illness or injury and post-treatment care.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe practice.
