The role emphasizes critical thinking, assessment, planning, and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities Include

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and medication administration.
• Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities while engaging in ongoing professional development.
