Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate comprehensive patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care. The RN will practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and may engage in leadership activities and quality improvement efforts.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and adaptability across shifts, including day, evening, and weekend coverage. TN sponsorship may be available.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure in the state.
• BLS certification required; ongoing competency demonstrated.
• Experience with perioperative/trauma or transplant settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care; educate patients and families.
• Provide leadership and mentor junior staff; participate in quality improvement.
• Delegate tasks based on patient acuity, resources, and safety.
