Qualifications

• 5 years operating room experience required.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred.

• Exhibit competencies in patient care.
• Communicate with surgeon on special needs.

Skills

Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge necessary to assist the surgeon

Ability to adapt to change positively

Ability to work a flexible work schedule

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor's degree in nursing
