Lee Health's Cardiac Observation Unit in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a skilled RN to prepare and recover patients undergoing advanced cardiac procedures, including catheterizations, stent placements, pacemaker insertions, and ablations. You will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and work in a dynamic team.

The role requires BLS/ACLS as per department needs, Florida RN license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
• Associates or Bachelors in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Support the organization's vision and mission; use knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity in care provision.
• Contribute to quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques.
