Qualifications

• BSN or MSN nursing degree preferred; 5 years cardiac experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise within structural heart disease and cardiac care.
• Educate staff and patients to improve outcomes and care quality.
• Develop and implement cardiac services programs and education for AMI, CHF, CABG, and Structural Heart.
• Lead competencies and training for clinical staff and maintain department nursing competency programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-value, patient-centered care.
