TriStar Health in Nashville, TN seeks a Cardiac Nephrology MedSurg Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for adults with complex cardiac and renal conditions on a fast-paced unit.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor telemetry, administer IV medications, coordinate multidisciplinary care, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges while upholding evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or compact state.
• Experience on a medical-surgical or cardiac/nephrology unit.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to arrhythmias.
• Administer IV medications and manage IV access.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care on a fast-paced unit.
• Educate patients and families on condition and care plan.
• Support safe discharge planning and follow-up.
