Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Cardiac Nephrology MedSurg RN to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for adults with complex cardiac and renal conditions. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patients in a fast-paced MedSurg setting.

The role emphasizes interpreting cardiac/renal data, collaborating with physicians and allied health teams, and educating patients and families on disease management and self-care while maintaining strict infection

Qualifications

• Active nursing license as an RN with MedSurg experience.
• Strong clinical judgment for managing complex cardiac and renal needs.
• Ability to monitor, assess, and interpret relevant clinical data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Commitment to patient education, safety, infection prevention, and thorough documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards.
• Interpret cardiac and renal monitoring data and respond to changes in patient status.
