iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking healthcare professionals to join a talent community for Cardiac Monitoring Technicians on full-time contract opportunities. You will complete iRhythm University training and deliver high-quality ECG analysis in a fast-paced Clinical Operations setting.

The role emphasizes accurate data quality, communication with physicians when needed, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines while supporting patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on cardiac rhythm interpretation in a clinical, diagnostic, monitoring, or telemetry environment.
• Ability to accurately interpret ECG rhythms, identify common arrhythmias, and recognize clinically significant events.
• Experience as Cardiac Monitor Technician, Telemetry Technician, Holter Scanner, ECG Technician, Cardiac Technician, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience working within quality, accuracy, and productivity standards in a healthcare environment.
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work with multiple software applications.
• Candidates without RN, EMT-P, or CCT must receive CCT certification within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient ECG data and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy, ensuring 100% data quality.
• Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities to physicians as needed.
• Perform quality assurance for every report, making necessary modifications before final delivery.
• Continuously develop ECG interpretation skills, meeting productivity and quality metrics.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and best clinical practices.
