Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; monitor tech coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to notify RNs/clinicians promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Surveil patient cardiac monitors and identify rhythm changes.
• Provide immediate notification to RNs/clinicians of any changes.
• Collaborate with nursing team to ensure patient safety and adherence to Mercy standards.
