Job summary

BayCare Health System at Bartow Medical Center is seeking a part-time Monitor Tech to identify basic rhythms and dysrhythmias, report findings, and label/mount rhythm strips according to policy. The role supports patient monitoring in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, with preferred Electrocardiography (EKG) knowledge and hospital experience. Work hours are nights, with on-site duties and every-other weekend requirements.

• Hospital experience is nonessential.

Responsibilities

• Identifies basic rhythms/dysrhythmias and lethal arrhythmias and reports findings to the appropriate personnel. Labels and mounts rhythm strips per policy.
