Baptist Health, serving central Alabama, seeks a Registered Nurse for Baptist Medical Center East. The RN will supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, and ensure quality, continuous patient care using the nursing process from assessment through interventions.

The role requires an active RN license and BLS; BSN is preferred. Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) may be required depending on area.

Qualificações

• RN licensure required and BLS certification expected.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Ability to apply nursing process in assessment, planning and intervention.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and delivery of interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementation of patient care.
• Assume additional duties within scope of role as assigned.
