Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Nurse Intern II to provide supervised patient support under a registered nurse and ensure quality outcomes. You will engage with staff, patients, and visitors, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, contributing to care plans, assisting with patient care activities, and participating in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery while pursuing licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; limited to 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients as directed by a registered nurse.
• Contributes to developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans under nurse supervision.
• Assists with patient care activities and supports nursing staff.
• Participates in initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned professional goals.
