Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Cardiac Cath Lab role. ARRT certification and 2-3 years of complex interventional cath experience are required, along with a current BLS certification. There is a 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM four-day schedule with on-call nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• 2-3 years of complex interventional cath experience in a busy cath program.
• Current BLS certification through AHA.
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start, if applicable.
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures.
• Care for adult and pediatric patients with a large heart failure and transplant caseload.
• Full-time schedule 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, four days per week with one day off.
• On-call nights, weekends, and holidays; average 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks.
• 30 minute response time for call; radius rule mileage varies by facility location.
