Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Kentucky upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year RN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality nursing care.
• Perform assessments, develop and adjust care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress towards goals.
