Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and determine the need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implement and modify care plans with education and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver nursing care that preserves patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments per policies.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of desired patient outcomes.
