St. Mark's Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in Salt Lake City. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and safety protocols.

Qualified candidates have an RN license, 1+ year ICU experience, ACLS/BLS, and a degree (AD or BS). This role emphasizes evidence-based practice and continuous improvement to support exceptional patient outcomes.

Formación

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse must be licensed and in good standing.
• Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree required.
• One or more years ICU experience required.
• One or more years heart related experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department requirements and standards.
• Collaborates with medical providers and care team; uses nursing models to assess, perform, teach, and manage.
• Advocates for patients/families and supports alignment with organizational mission and values.
• Performs procedures, documents care in medical records promptly and thoroughly.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up.
