Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the cardiac critical care team at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. You will care for pre- and post-op patients within a busy cardiac ICU and step-down unit, collaborating with intensivists and surgeons.

Our compensation package consists of a base salary of between $144,600- $183,175 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities. The per diem hourly rate is $105 for weekdays and evenings, $115 for weekends, all 7 nights, holidays.
