Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to support Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) in inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings. The PA will perform assessments, coordinate care, manage post-procedure care, and educate patients and families.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies and MA PA licensure, with preferred prior EP experience. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree Physician Assistant required.
• MA PA License in good standing required.
• Licensed Physician Assistant with prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage pediatric, adult, and surgical patients in EP settings.
• Perform pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure care coordination.
• Collaborate with EP team for staffing, scheduling and patient education.
• Document encounters, orders, and discharge instructions accurately.
• Support family communication and care transitions within EP and hospital units.
