Job summary

Curative in Tennessee is seeking a fellowship-trained cardiac electrophysiologist for a 100% EP role at a primary referral center. The position features a balanced mix of consultations and procedures, with access to a CARTO lab, AF ablation capability, and full anesthesia support four days a week.

The compensation package includes a base of about $750,000 in years 1–2, a $60k sign-on, roughly $20k relocation, RVU-based upside, and partnership anticipated after year 2 with ASC buy-in after year 3.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained cardiac electrophysiologist.
• Experience with AF ablation; PFA experience is desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred, but newly fellowship-trained candidates will be considered.
• Interest in developing EP service line, device clinic, and future ASC capabilities.
• Visa candidates considered, including H‑1B and J‑1, subject to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine EP procedures independently, including AF ablations, SVT and atrial flutter ablations, pacemaker and ICD implantation and generator changes, cardioversions, and loop recorder procedures and monitoring.
• Contribute to EP service line development, device clinic, and future ASC capabilities.
• Work with dedicated EP lab resources and anesthesia support; EP-focused call schedule.
