The role involves patient preparation, data entry, operation of Holter scanners, and timely reporting of results to providers after tests are completed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Current and valid ECG/EKG certification.
• Ability to operate computer systems and medical equipment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform EKGs and stress tests per protocols.
• Notify providers of arrhythmias or ST/T wave changes.
• Respond to codes and STAT requests for EKG testing.
• Assist with stress testing in related labs.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely result availability.
