Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT is seeking an experienced echocardiography technologist to perform adult transthoracic and stress echocardiograms, with assistance in transesophageal procedures, following established practices and procedures. You will provide preliminary interpretations, consult with cardiologists, and participate in left atrial appendage closure preparation.

Rotation and cross-team collaboration are required, with pre-employment screenings and an Equal Opportunity

Qualifications

Associates Degree or two-year technical certificate, required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in performing diagnostic echocardiograms, required.
Registered and/or registry eligible, preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs adult transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, dobutamine stress echocardiograms, and assists in transesophageal echocardiography per established procedures.
Provides preliminary diagnostic interpretation and notifies cardiologists of results.
Consults with cardiologist to determine requirements for non-standard examinations and adjusts technical factors accordingly.
Assists with left atrial appendage closures as needed; position will require rotation.
