Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo Technician for Lutheran Hospital to perform diagnostic cardiac exams under physician direction. The role is ideal for recent graduates or those new to the field, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

The position is full-time (36 hours), four 9's with night/weekend/holiday call, located at Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. You will support the clinical team and participate in ongoing education to advance skills.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams following department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams and coordinate with staff and patients.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes during exams.
• Document results and apply appropriate charge codes.
• Mentor caregivers and students in equipment use and procedures.
