Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred.
• Must complete one of listed certifications within six months of hire.
• Maintains current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and patient follow-up for cardiac devices.
• Train and onboard new cardiac device specialists.
• Direct daily workflow and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Educate patients regarding device function and clinic follow-up.
• Perform remote pacemaker/AICD checks and program adjustments as needed.
