Job summary

Summa Health Medical Group in Akron, OH is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional cardiology care in the office setting, following Summa’s established standards and practices. You will evaluate and manage patients with cardiac rhythm disorders and selected cardiovascular diseases.

The role requires ADN with BSN preferred, current Ohio RN license, and two years in pacing/electrophysiology with device follow-up; CCDS preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• CCNE/ACEN accreditation required for program.
• Current Ohio RN license to practice.
• IBHRE CCDS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for cardiology office patients.
• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac rhythm disorders.
• Demonstrate skills to evaluate patients with heart rhythm management devices.

Education

Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required

BSN preferred

CCNE or ACEN accreditation

Ohio RN license

IBHRE CCDS certification preferred
