Job summary

Mercy Hospital seeks a Cardiac Device Specialist (CDS) to support physicians and the CIED clinic in monitoring patients with cardiac implantable devices. You will handle remote diagnostics, data entry in Paceart and Epic, and ensure data integrity under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN experience or LVN, CMA, paramedic and/or device industry experience will be considered for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinic supervisor in monitoring patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices.
• Proficient in CIED programming and remote monitoring; analyze transmissions.
• Enter data into Paceart and Epic; maintain system integrity.
• Refer to EP physicians as needed; adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
