Job summary

Spencer Britt is seeking a cardiac-focused CRNA in Albuquerque, NM who can work independently in EP, vascular, and occasional CT OR and general OR. The team emphasizes quality patient care, innovation, and cutting-edge technology, with a 4-day work week and no on-call requirements.

The position offers competitive compensation with a potential to earn $350K–$400K, plus an $8K annual bonus and a $60K sign-on/ relocation incentive for a 3-year commitment, all under a 1099 practice model.

Qualifications

• Experienced CRNA with cardiac anesthesia focus.
• Ability to work independently in EP, vascular, CT OR and general OR.
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia in EP procedural rooms/CVL lab and vascular procedures.
• Support cases in CT OR and general OR as needed.
• Work within hybrid suites handling complex cardiac cases (TAVR, MitraClip, EVAR, TCAR).
• Adapt to a busy schedule with high acuity cardiac/anesthesia needs.
