Responsibilities

• Performs nursing and other patient care activities to ensure well-being.
• Screens patients to keep EHR current and accurate.
• Records patient history, vital signs and medications in the EHR.
• Assists providers during examinations and treatments.
• Dispenses medications as directed and monitors patient responses.
• Educates patients/families on procedures, meds and wellness.
