Job summary

Sterling St James Inc. in Montana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team on a permanent full-time basis.

Primary shift 0630–1730 with volume-dependent variability, relocation assistance provided; join a hospital team in a community between two national parks, focused on safe, cardiac procedural care. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years Cath Lab RN experience, current RN license, BLS and ACLS, and demonstrate strong coronary care nursing knowledge.

Qualifications

• RN with direct Cath Lab experience required.
• Must hold current RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of coronary care nursing practices.
• 2+ years Cath Lab RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper performance and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment
• Assess patient needs and promote high-quality patient care throughout procedures
• Provide and maintain a safe surgical environment while circulating
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, Cath Lab Manager, and Anesthesia teams
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic records
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions
• Flex hours to cover shifts as procedural volume demands, including call
