Dignity Health – Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

This role requires CA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least six months of cardiovascular clinical experience such as telemetry or critical care.

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN licensure is required.
• Minimum 6 months of cardiovascular experience (Telemetry, Emergency Services, Cath Lab, Critical Care or similar).
• BLS and ACLS certification required or current.

Responsabilités

• Provides comprehensive evidence-based nursing care and coordinates the plan of care.
• Completes patient assessments and identifies unit-specific needs.
• Creates an individualized plan of care with measurable goals and timeframes, involving patient and family.
• Implements interventions per the nursing and medical plan of care and age-specific needs.
• Reassesses patient after interventions and updates the plan of care as needed.
• Recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition in a timely manner.
