Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The role requires assisting with catheterizations, angioplasties and device implants in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment.

The position is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with 10-hour days. ACLS and BLS are required, plus 1–2 years of acute care experience. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and thrive under stress.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS are required certifications.
• 2 years of recent acute care experience requested.
• Travel RN position in Cardiac Cath Lab requires lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Support during angioplasty, valvuloplasties and stent placements.
• Help implant pacemakers and ICDs as needed.
• Monitor and maintain EKG equipment in a cardiovascular suite.
