Talent With Heart seeks a Cardiovascular Technologist to join a dedicated Cath Lab team in Montana. The role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a collaborative, patient-centered hospital environment, with an emphasis on teamwork and compassionate care.

Two years Cath Lab experience or cardiovascular program graduate required, plus BLS. ACLS, RCIS, and other credentials preferred. Eligible for relocation assistance. Includes a retention bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience, or graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular program.
• Current BLS Certification (required).
• Completion of the Cardiovascular Science Exam (preferred).
• Completion of the Cardiovascular Invasive Registry Exam (preferred).
• Current RCIS Registration (preferred).
• ACLS Certification (recommended).

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in managing diagnostic and interventional procedures by scrubbing and managing the sterile field
• Monitor and report hemodynamic data throughout procedures
• Perform X-ray duties, routine or delegated, in accordance with Cath Lab standards and policies
• Operate under the direction of Cardiologists, the Cath Lab Manager, Anesthesia, and R.N. Circulators
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic files in compliance with departmental standards
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions
