Job summary

Tidelands Health in Georgetown, SC seeks a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist (RCIS) to perform diagnostic and therapeutic angiographic procedures and support the Cath Lab team.

Responsibilities include equipment checks, patient positioning with RN/physician, supply management, and data interpretation for physician use. RCIS/RCES or ARRT credentials eligible; CRS/60-day credentialing timeline may apply.

Qualifications

• RCIS/RCES or ARRT credentialing eligibility; SCRQSA eligibility within 60 days if RCIS/RCES or ARRT(C) required
• Associate degree preferred for the role
• Experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab is preferred

Responsibilities

• Test equipment for proper functioning and availability.
• Assist physician with patient positioning.
• Ensure supplies are available for the physician.
• Participate in physician updates.
• Handle or label specimens properly.
• Participate in procedure time-outs and label medications/solutions.
