Job summary

Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (PRN). You will assist physicians during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, prepare patients, operate advanced equipment, and help maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

The role requires ACLS within 30 days of start, BLS, radiography certification (ARRT-R) or RCIS, and an associate degree with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required.
• Radiography certification: ARRT-R or RCIS.

Responsibilities

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient
