Job summary

Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our PRN team. You will work with physicians and staff to deliver advanced care during lifesaving cardiac procedures using state-of-the-art cath lab technology.

You will help guide patients and families before, during, and after procedures, ensure a sterile environment, and operate precision equipment to deliver high-quality treatment while maintaining compassion and vigilance.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS/CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification in radiography or cardiovascular modality (ARRT-R, RCIS, or RVT) required.
• Certificate or vocational school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient
