Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, FL, is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab clinician to assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures under physician supervision. The role requires sterile technique, careful data entry, and dependable teamwork in a high-acuity setting.
Candidates should hold RCIS/RT(R)/RRT/RCVT or equivalent license, with BLS and ACLS, and have evidence of critical care experience or related training.

Our Cardiac Cath and Structural Heart Labs offer a dynamic, high-acuity environment ideal for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced, complex care settings.
Under the supervision of a credentialed Physician, assists in Cardiac Cath procedures while maintaining a sterile field. Performs various procedures that require independent judgment, high level of skill proficiency and extensive knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the heart. Assists with care of critically ill patients. The scope of care includes age group adolescent thru geriatric. Cath Lab department only.
Licensure or other certifications: Registered Cardio Interventional Specialist (RCIS), Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) required. In lieu of registry, Paramedic license or a License as a Practical Nurse will be accepted. Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
Educational Requirements: Other.
Minimum Experience: Graduate of an accredited RCIS or ASRT program required or a minimum of one (1) year of critical care (CCU, ICU, CVICU, ER) experience working in the job classifications noted above.
